I called, Alkota came running to help. My water heater is crammed back into a very tight corner and it slowed things down a bit, but that’s no surprise. I rate my experience very high on the positive side of the scale. Extra kudos to Joe for rescuing my dog after he decided that the yawning hole into the crawlspace was too interesting to explore. I would never have been able to get him out on my own.
