Great service, on time and under budget! Our business experienced a frozen pipe because of a zone valve failure over the weekend. We called Alkota and set up time for them to come out. Curt was great and had us with heat in short order. Best of all, no broken pipes! Great job!

I called, Alkota came running to help. My water heater is crammed back into a very tight corner and it slowed things down a bit, but that’s no surprise. I rate my experience very high on the positive side of the scale. Extra kudos to Joe for rescuing my dog after he decided that the yawning hole into the crawlspace was too interesting to explore. I would never have been able to get him out on my own.

Great customer service! Straight shooters and honest work! I highly recommend them.

Should I Select On or Auto on My Thermostat?

A person lowers temperature on a home thermostat. Enegry saving concept

Great question! Generally, your thermostat will have two temperature options: Heat and Cool. Nearby, you can choose between On or Auto for your fan setting.
